Window Gablets & Masonry Doorway Arch

Hamilton House, Prestonpans

Works:

Hamilton House was first scheduled as an Ancient Monument on 30th September 1936, and was later given the designation of a listed building. Contour scaling and general weathering has resulted in the loss of some carved ornamental detail around the shields and raking cornices areas, particularly on the undersides of the horizontal pediment moulding.
